Confirm suitability for your pet
Share species, age, weight, temperament and care needs. Ask about admission, room arrangements, staffing, activity and emergency contacts. Obtain the operator’s required health-record checklist; discuss health or medication questions with your veterinarian.
Get a quote for the full stay
Provide arrival and departure dates and times. Check whether billing is daily or nightly and whether holidays, food, transport or extra care cost more. Obtain written confirmation of deposits, cancellation terms and space, then arrange directly with the operator.
