Outings sources and limitations
A bounded pilot
36 FEHD-listed dog-permitted food premises: 12 each in Central & Western, Wan Chai and Sai Kung. This is a curated sample, not the full FEHD list. Venue-specific house rules are not published in the FEHD feed and must be confirmed with the restaurant.
We selected premises with clear official addresses and exact coordinate matches, with 12 restaurants in each of three districts. This is not a quality ranking, endorsement or complete Hong Kong list. Listings are ordered by district and name, with no paid ranking.
Dog-entry permission
The FEHD measure began on 9 July 2026 and concerns dog entry at permitted food premises. It is not blanket admission to all restaurants or for all pets.

FEHD says restaurants may set their own admission rules. Customers should confirm them before visiting; dogs must be leashed under statutory requirements and must not be placed on dining tables. Official customer guidance
Permission and restaurant arrangements are separate
The permission list does not establish each restaurant’s seating area, indoor air conditioning, stroller arrangements, size limits, dog numbers, booking requirements or surcharges. We record these separately only when a matching official operator source publishes them; other fields stay unconfirmed. Websites and phones must also match the specific branch.
Location and nearby parking
Restaurant coordinates come from FEHD restaurant-licence data on CSDI and are joined only when licence number, bilingual name, bilingual address and district match. Parking coordinates come from the government snapshot retained by ParkInHK.

Each restaurant lists up to three closest participating car parks in the same district within 1.5 km straight-line distance. This is not a walking or driving route and does not account for slopes, floors, entrances or dog-access restrictions. No match does not mean no parking exists.
Only currently effective private-car hourly tariffs verified from official sources are shown, with their units, conditions and original review dates. We do not convert day/monthly products or concessions into hourly prices or estimate a total outing cost. An EV label means the source lists facilities, not live availability.
Inclusive parks and walks
Parks and designated areas come from LCSD sources. Inclusive parks require dogs of every size to remain on a lead; they are not off-leash dog parks. We calculate distance only where coordinates are established. Other records are same-district options, with no claim of walkability.
